Riley Swim Returns Policy

At Riley Swim, we want you to feel confident and fabulous in our swimwear! If your bikini, one-piece, or swim set isn’t quite the right fit or style, we’re here to help with store credit for size changes, style swaps, or change of mind—no stress! Just make sure your return meets these requirements:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including packaging and swing tags.
  • Your return must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery.

If these conditions aren’t met, we’ll have to return the item to you at your own cost.

We’ll issue your store credit on the same day we receive your swimwear return, and it’ll be valid for 12 months—plenty of time to find your next beach or poolside look!

How to Start Your Swimwear Return

Starting a return is easy! Simply email us at info@rileyswim.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include the following details:

  • Your original order number
  • The item(s) you’d like to return

We’ll reply with the return shipping address and instructions.

Return Shipping for Swimwear

Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your swimsuit or swimwear item reaches us safely, as we can’t be held liable for lost packages.

Swimwear Exchanges

Due to high demand for our bikinis and one-pieces, we don’t offer direct exchanges. But don’t worry—your store credit will be issued promptly once we receive your return, so you can reorder the perfect fit or style ASAP!
